COSTARCHEM’S POLYURETHANE PRODUCT WAS USED TO WATERPROOF THE ROOF GUTTER OF 160SQM AT CAMEROON COURT, IKOYI LAGOS.

Costarchem was contracted to evaluate a property at Ikoyi Lagos. During the inspection, the team observed cracks, random leakages, cracks at joints, a bad slope causing water to sit on the roof gutter and a bad screed (no bonding/loose sand) on the roof gutter despite the use and presence of an acrylic waterproofing membrane and ROOF GUTTER WATERPROOFING is recommended
