COSTAR EPOXY CONCRETE REPAIR MORTAR is a solvent-free repair mortar with low viscosity. It is a two-component solution, which consists of rapid curing resin based mortar and primer for coating. And appropriate for different ranges of civil works where highly penetrating material is required. It is non-sag property makes it suitable for vertical repairs. Suitable for the repair and filling of cracks up to 6mm wide in a construction works, varying from concrete, bricks, stucco, stone, concrete blocks, tile and other substrates, likewise, provides long-lasting repair for worn-out concrete. For aesthetic finishes, it can be painted or coated to achieve the desired appearance after tack free (approximately 3 hours).

Instruction for Use

Surface Preparation

Concrete and stone surfaces should be dry and free from  previous  coatings,  contaminants  and  loose material. Very smooth concrete or concrete with soft laitance should be etched. Grease or oil should be removed and the area thoroughly washed off and allowed to become completely dry.
