Conseal 250
Costar Conseal 250 is a reliable one component, low viscosity, cold applied & curing, long-lasting solution for waterproofing of roofs, terraces, balconies, and other structures. It is formulated from carefully selected pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins which curing with the humidity in the air to form a durable and elastic layer with excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal properties capable of resisting negative UV and natural element effects. Its application can easily be customized to meet specific project requirements and can be applied by both brush and spray due to its low viscosity.
Costar Conseal 250 provide a seamless and durable waterproofing layer that can protect buildings from water damage and extend their lifespan as it offer 25 years service life and when applied in combination with Costar Conseal 270 Polyurethane waterproofing membrane can offer up to 35 years service life.
