2021 ACAN SYMPOSIUM AND BUSINESS FORUM
The 2021 ACAN Symposium and Business Forum organized by the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria held from Tuesday 26“to Wednesday 27 t“October ZO21 at the Grand Ballroom of the Federal Palace Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It was a platform created for purposeful networking with Industry leaders and experienced professionals in the built environment while at the same time exposing professionals to relevant trends on topical issues.
The 2021 edition which is the second edition was tagged “A NEW ORDER”. The theme centered on discussions on emerging trends and ways of coping with these
- Emerging environmental perceptions — need for new legislations, advocacy
- Changing priorities
- Accelerated digital transformation — Impact on businesses
- Emerging Building Processes — Emergency Architecture, construction processes and logistics.
The event provided all participants and partners excellent opportunities to meet with the influential design professional and key players in the Construction industry.

During the event, there was a ‘Business-to-Business’ fB2BJ Networking, providing opportunities to interact and establish bilateral business relationships. Thereafter, follow-on contacts with affiliated companies, service providers, manufacturers, corporate bodies, prospective end-users, clients, and other relevant stakeholders were established.
The two-day event culminated in Costar being awarded a recognition plaque for excellence and unwavering partnership!
